Issued at the conclusion of the Forty-Seventh Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community | St. George's, Grenada

The Forty-Seventh Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) was held from 28-30 July in St George’s, Grenada under the chairmanship of the Honourable Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada.

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) - Grenada honoured the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) by renaming the True-Blue Roundabout on the Maurice Bishop Highway in St George's, Grenada, the CARICOM Roundabout.

The renaming ceremony on 28 July 2024, preceded the 47th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government from 28-30 July in Grenada.

The Closing Media Conference for the Forty-Seventh Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM will be held via hybrid format on Tuesday 30 July 2024 at 4.30 pm.

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) - Ms. Elizabeth Solomon, Assistant Secretary-General for the Directorate of Foreign and Community Relations, on Sunday held discussions with H.E. Dr. Christophe Eick, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to CARICOM.

The talks were held ahead of the 47th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government in St. George's, Grenada.
