The Forty-Seventh Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) was held from 28-30 July in St George’s, Grenada under the chairmanship of the Honourable Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada.

Grenada pays homage to CARICOM

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) - Grenada honoured the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) by renaming the True-Blue Roundabout on the Maurice Bishop Highway in St George's, Grenada, the CARICOM Roundabout.

The renaming ceremony on 28 July 2024, preceded the 47th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government from 28-30 July in Grenada.

CARICOM, Austrian officials meet in Grenada

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) - Ms. Elizabeth Solomon, Assistant Secretary-General for Foreign and Community Relations within the CARICOM Secretariat, on Sunday 28 July, met with H.E. Mr. Gerhard Doujak, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to CARICOM.

Closing Media Conference - 47th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM | Tuesday 30 July

Curaçao joins CARICOM, pledges to leverage cultural, economic strengths

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) - Curaçao is now the sixth Associate Member of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). The country's prime minister said it brings a unique blend of cultural traditions, economic strengths, and social perspectives that will hopefully strengthen the Community.

CARICOM, German officials meet in Grenada

(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) - Ms. Elizabeth Solomon, Assistant Secretary-General for the Directorate of Foreign and Community Relations, on Sunday held discussions with H.E. Dr. Christophe Eick, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to CARICOM.

The talks were held ahead of the 47th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government in St. George's, Grenada.
