INTERREG Caraïbes is a European Territorial Cooperation program allowing operators in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and Saint-Martin to implement win-win projects with their Caribbean neighbours, more than forty countries and territories.

This operational programme is part of a privileged partnership with the international organizations with a regional vocation of the Caribbean that are the AEC (Association of Caribbean States), the OECO (Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States), CARICOM/CARIFORUM (Caribbean Community/ Caribbean Forum), member organizations of the strategic steering bodies of the programme.
