GEORGETOWN, Guyana, CMC – The following is the full text of the communiqué issued Monday after the 34th summit of Caribbean Community (CARICOM) leaders that ended in Trinidad on Saturday, July 6, 2013.
“The Thirty-Fourth Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) was held at Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, from 4-6 July 2013. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Honourable Kamla Persad-Bissessar, presided.
