Ashanta Ramsey is a youth leader from The Bahamas, serving as a CARICOM Youth Ambassador and National Youth Ambassador with a focus on advancing inclusive, community-centered development across the Caribbean.

Her advocacy centers on youth justice reform, gender equity, public health, and climate resilience, with particular attention to reducing youth recidivism and strengthening reintegration and community-based justice systems.

Ashanta has contributed to regional and international policy spaces, engaging with CARICOM-aligned institutions, civil society organisations, and UN partners to amplify youth voices in decision-making. She is also actively involved in grassroots and national initiatives that promote youth empowerment, health equity, and sustainable social development.
