Dr. Carla Barnett, CARICOM Secretary-General, will participate in a number of events at the Fourth International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4) which will be held in Antigua and Barbuda, 27-30 May 2024.

The Secretary-General will participate in a High-Level Dialogue on Tuesday, 28 May, on Advancing Inter-Regional Partnerships and Institutional Innovation. On Wednesday, 29 May, the Secretary-General will be on another High-Level Dialogue panel that focuses on Leveraging CARICOM's Natural Capital to Capitalise on Innovative Financial Instruments to drive CARICOM's Resilience and Sustainable Development.
