CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque on Thursday joined the former United States President Mr Bill Clinton, some CARICOM leaders and other high-level officials for a Clinton Global Initiative Action Network on Post-Disaster Recovery Private Roundtable.
