CARICOM accredits first Ambassador from the Republic of Azerbaijan

CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque received the Letter of Credence of H.E. Elkhan Polukhov on Wednesday 12 May 2021, accrediting him as the first Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
