CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque has congratulated St. Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves on his historic victory in the General Elections of 5 November 2020.

“The winning of a fifth consecutive term demonstrates that the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines have the utmost confidence in your leadership, and your vision for their future,” the Secretary-General said in his congratulatory message.

Ambassador LaRocque also commended the Vincentian Government and People for successfully conducting the Elections notwithstanding the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
