CARICOM Secretary-General hosts Estonia delegation

The Secretary-General of CARICOM, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, and senior officials of the CARICOM Secretariat met with Ambassador Margus Kolga of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, to discuss cooperation between CARICOM and Estonia in information and communications technology, including e-government initiatives to benefit CARICOM Member States. Ambassador Kolga was accompanied by Ms. Mari Tomingas, also from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia.
