Prime Minister of hurricane-ravaged Dominica Roosevelt Skerrit on Tuesday welcomed CARICOM Chairman, Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell of Grenada to the island for a first hand view of the devastation. Prime Minister Skerrit praised the strong solidarity from CARICOM Governments and people.
