FIFTH ISSUE OF EPA NEWSLETTER FOR 2012 PUBLISHED
(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) The CARICOM Secretariat-based Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) Implementation Unit on 10 October published the fifth Issue for 2012 of its flagship newsletter, EPA Implementation Bulletin. It focuses attention on the Second Meeting of the Joint CARIFORUM-EU Council (JC) and some recent preparatory meetings that have set the stage for its convening on 26 October.
The Bulletin forms part of the Unit’s Public Education Programme. The electronically available publication is an effort to provide authoritative news, rigorous and original analysis and expert views on the CARIFORUM-EU EPA and its implementation.
