The project, implemented by Full Circle Animation Studio in Trinidad and Tobago and supported by the Ministry of Planning and Development, focuses on pre-schoolers (ages 2-5) and has attracted funding from Microsoft Innovation Centre (MIC). The Apps are currently in production and will be available later in 2015 in English and Spanish.

Microsoft Innovation Centre, will provide resources and support for students, entrepreneurs and startups, accelerating creation of new companies, jobs and growth of the local software ecosystem. Services provided at the MIC are designed to boost ICT technology development and foster growth of sustainable local software economies through skills and professional training, industry partnerships and innovation. It accommodates stakeholders such as academic institutions, industry and government.
