KINGSTOWN, St. Vincent, CMC – Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves is travelling to Venezuela Friday to attend a meeting of the Bolivarian Alliance for Our Americas (ALBA) Bank. “I have to be on a plane around 12 o’clock,” he told Parliament Thursday night. “There is a ministerial meeting of the ALBA Bank and I looked at the agenda and it has some great interest to me. That meeting is at 3 o’clock in Caracas in Venezuela so I will like to leave here at midday,” he said before announcing a resumption of Parliament on Friday morning at 9.a.m (local time).
