Sheena Gosine-Singh is a Trinidad and Tobago sustainable energy professional and policy adviser who was recognised with the 2024 CARICOM Women in Sustainable Energy (WISE) Award in the Policy and Regulations category. She serves as Energy International Relations and Affairs Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Energy Industries and has also held leadership responsibility as Vice Chair of the Wind Energy Steering Committee of Trinidad and Tobago. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advancing renewable energy policy, regulatory development, and the wider clean energy transition in the Caribbean.
