Shelly Desir is a 28-year-old proud Saint Lucian dedicated to service, leadership, and community development. She holds an Associate Degree in General Nursing, along with several diplomas and certificates in elderly care and dementia, equipping her with specialized skills to support vulnerable populations with compassion and professionalism as well as reflecting her deep commitment to compassionate healthcare. Beyond her medical training, Shelley is an active youth leader and has actively served in numerous youth initiatives across her community, including church ministries, sports programs, and various advocacy groups, where she has demonstrated strong leadership and a passion for empowering young people. Through her involvement in community outreach and development efforts, she continues to inspire positive change, Guided by her favorite quote “Dream, dare, do.
