Abigail B.N. Christmas

Abigail Christmas is from the Commonwealth of Dominica and holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Law from The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. She is a youth leader committed to advocacy, empowerment, and social development.

Abigail has served in several youth leadership roles, including with the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, where she was appointed a Global Advocacy Champion. This led to her participation in the United Nations’ 67th Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67) in 2023.

She has supported initiatives addressing gender-based violence, literacy awareness and child protection in various capacities and is the founder of the Perfect In My Own Skin project, which promotes self-worth and body confidence among youth.

As a CARICOM Youth Ambassador, Abigail is committed to advancing inclusive, youth-centred regional development.
