Incumbent works closely with the Housing Supervisor, the colleague Housing Assistant, Facilities Section and S/GSO to attend to the needs of the customers and GSO/Maintenance service providers. The incumbent serves as an initial point of contact for new families wishing to request guidance or report any non-functioning household appliances or equipment or to make a suggestion.

The incumbent will coordinate with the proper sections to ensure maintenance is completed and complaints resolved for designated properties, via education and consultation, helps to manage expectations of both customers and providers.
