CARICOM SG turns sod for new Official Residence

In his last official public activity, outgoing CARICOM Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque on Friday joined the Prime Minister of Guyana, Brigadier (Ret’d) Mark Phillips, at a sod-turning ceremony for an official residence for the CARICOM  Secretary-General.
