Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque was paid a courtesy call by Major General Rafael A. Ribas, Director for Mobilization and Reserve Affairs, US Southern Command Doral, Florida, at the CARICOM Secretariat Headquarters building, Thursday 24 June 2021.
Major Ribas is in Guyana for the multinational Trade Winds military training exercise.
