Incumbent serves as the Consular Assistant, providing the entire range of American Citizen Services and Special Citizen Services; including passports, deaths, births, federal benefits, and notarial services, as well as support for U.S. citizens who have legal or health problems or are in other types if urgent need. Serves as the consular cashier, handling all payments for consular services. Serves all consular outreach functions and maintains the Citizen Liaison Volunteer network.
