The people of St. Kitts and Nevis vote in General Elections on
June 5.
The announcement was made in a national address on Monday by
Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris who also said Nominations Day for candidates
will be 27 May.
The last general elections in St. Kitts and Nevis were held on 16 February 2015 when Prime Minister Harris led his three-party Team Unity coalition to a seven-four victory. The win ended a twenty-year reign by the St. Kitts and Nevis Labour Party, led by Dr Denzil Douglas.
