PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad - Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar said yesterday that she does not expect any backlash from her former top Government Minister, Jack Warner. In fact, the Prime Minister expressed confidence that Warner will continue to toe the party and Government line and do the right thing. Since his resignation as National Security Minister and United National Congress (UNC) chairman, there has been much speculation as to what could be Warner’s next move and whether he would lash out at his former colleagues for not supporting him in the face of a Concacaf report which found that he was fraudulent in his management of the entity during his tenure as President.
