CARICOM fields electoral observer mission to Saint Lucia

  (CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) will mount an Observer Mission to elections in Saint Lucia on 28 November 2011. The 10-member team will be headed by Chief of Mission, Ambassador Rudy Collins of Guyana. Deputy Chief of Mission is Mr. Eugene Petty of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Other members of the Electoral Observer Mission are: Anthonyson King of Antigua and Barbuda; John Henry Haynes of Barbados; Paula Dawson of Belize; St. Vincent and the Grenadines Ambassador to CARICOM, Ambassador Ellsworth John; Sadhna Dulam Getrouwd Gouri and Kenneth Karijomenggolo of Suriname; and Howard Cayenne of Trinidad and Tobago. The team is expected to arrive in Saint Lucia by Thursday
