The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) is one of the greatest inventions for economic collaboration among Member States with the ultimate goal of creating benefits for people of the Region, Chair of the 40th Meeting of the Council for Trade and Economic Development (COTED) the Hon Claude Hogan, Minister of Agriculture, Trade, Land, Housing and the Environment of Montserrat, said Thursday.

He was at the time delivering remarks at the Opening Ceremony of the two-day Meeting of the COTED at the Pegasus Hotel, Georgetown, Guyana.

The COTED, the Minister said, was a dynamic organ that was integral to the process towards achieve the Community’s goals.
