This regional strategic framework, developed under PANCAP, sets out priority areas, guiding principles, and coordinated actions for the Caribbean response to HIV and AIDS between 2008 and 2012. It addresses prevention, treatment, care and support, human rights, stigma reduction, and multisectoral engagement to advance universal access to HIV services across the Caribbean.
