COMMUNIQUE ISSUED AT CONCLUSION OF THE INAUGURAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL FOR FOREIGN AND COMMUNITY RE

The Inaugural Meeting of the Council for Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR) was held in Paramaribo, Suriname on 12-13 May, 1998. The Council was established by Article 8 (b) of Protocol I amending the Treaty of Chaguaramas. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs attending were: the Hon.
