Grenada Prime Minister to chair Special COTED on ICT

Regional High School Youth in Agriculture Video Competition launched
The competition aims to raise awareness and showcase successful agriculture production programmes that are being led by high school students throughout CARICOM; educate young people about the significance of agriculture to food security, sustainability, and economic development;
CARICOM Secretary-General participates in Ivan Plus 20 Dialogue
Dr. Carla Barnett, CARICOM Secretary-General, participated in the Ivan Plus 20 Dialogue that was held in Baku, Azerbaijan. The event took place on Friday 15 November, in the margins of the Twenty-Ninth Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 29).
The Dialogue focused on shaping a resilient Caribbean by 2044.
Youth Advocacy Programme on Statistics launched
A programme to engage and empower youth to become advocates for data-driven decision-making, YSTAT, was launched during the Fourth High-Level Advocacy Forum on Statistics (HLF) in Placencia, Belize, 4 November 2024.
The programme is one of the activities to mark CARICOM Year of Statistics which also was launched during the opening ceremony of the HLF on 4 November.
