ST. GEORGE’S, Grenada, CMC – Governor General Dame Cecile La Grenade Tuesday paid tribute to Sir Paul Scoon saying history will remember “this influential and courageous Grenadian” as a person who served his country with distinction. Sir Paul, 78, the first and longest serving head of state, died on Monday after a prolong illness.
