I am writing to congratulate you on the 50th Anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Chaguaramas, establishing the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).

The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) recognises the crucial role of CARICOM and it was excellent to hear of so many people doing the same during this week’s celebrations in Trinidad and Tobago.

The CPA stands ready to support and work alongside CARICOM in achieving our mutual objectives and we are always at your disposal to discuss any potential areas of collaboration in the region.
