CARICOM Travel Card (CARIPASS) Treaty Roseau, Dominica, 11 March 2010

This Treaty provides a framework for functional cooperation and collaboration for the purposes of establishment, implementation and operation of the CARIPASS System in Contacting Parties and use of the CARIPASS within the Contracting Parties.
