The Thirty-First Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) was held at the Rose Hall Resort and Spa, a Hilton Resort, Montego Bay, Jamaica from 4-7 July 2010. The Prime Minister of Jamaica,Honourable Bruce Golding presided.
Other members of the Conference in attendance were: the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Hon. Winston Baldwin Spencer; Prime Minister (ag) of Barbados the Hon. Freundel Stuart,; the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit; the Prime Minister of Grenada, Hon. Tillman Thomas; the President of Guyana, His Excellency Bharrat Jagdeo; the President of Haiti, His Excellency René Garcia Préval; the Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, Hon . Stephenson King; the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas; and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Hon. Kamla Persad-Bissessar.
