PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, CMC – St. Lucia’s Prime Minister Dr. Kenny Anthony says his government will hold talks with Britain in keeping with the island’s constitution, as it seeks to join the Trinidad-based Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) established in 2001 to replace the London-based Privy Council as the region’s final court.
