The Plenipotentiary Representative of St. Kitts and Nevis to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), His Excellency Lionel Sydney Osborne presented his Credentials to the Secretary-General of CARICOM, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, on Tuesday, 22 September 20

His Excellency Lionel Sydney Osborne, Ambassador of St. Kitts and Nevis to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) on Tuesday presented his letters of credence to Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, CARICOM Secretary-General. The credentials ceremony was held in the Office of the Secretary-General, CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana.
