BRIDGETOWN, Barbados - FORMER PRIME MINISTER Owen Seymour Arthur is bowing out of elective politics.
The most senior member of the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) told the monthly meeting of the party’s Christ Church West branch Sunday evening that, having given 40 years of his life to the 75-year-old party, he would not be contesting another general election.
