Senior Crown Counsel, Attorney General’s Chambers, Saint Lucia

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Masters Degree in Law and a Legal Education Certificate plus five (5) years legal experience OR Bachelors Degree in Law plus a Legal Education Certificate plus a minimum of seven (7) years legal experience.
Regional Project Coordinator
A Regional Project Coordinator (RPC) is needed to oversee and coordinate the implementation of the BE-CLME+ Project. He/she is responsible for the development and implementation of the project workplan and budget, and the day-to-day management of project resources and support staff. He/ She will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks and make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
Marine Spatial Planning Specialist
A Marine Spatial Planning Specialist (MSPS) is needed to work under the supervision of the BE-CLME+ Project Regional Project Coordinator. He/she will have direct responsibility for the planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of all activities necessary for the delivery of the following project outcomes: (1) Governments and key stakeholders enabled to support the sustainable use of fisheries and key marine habitats; and (2) the protection of critical fish habitats has been established/expanded and informed by national marine spatial planning (MSP).
Seafood Value Chain Specialist
A Seafood Value Chain Specialist (SVCS) is needed to work under the supervision of the BE-CLME+ Project Regional Project Coordinator. He/she will have direct responsibility for the planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of all activities necessary for the delivery of the following project outcome: New and strengthened national and regional seafood value chains supporting realization of blue economy opportunities and sustainable development goals.
