Regional safety and cooperative security
Strategic Objectives

To strengthen regional security and citizen safety across CARICOM by building integrated, intelligence-led law enforcement capabilities, modernizing justice and correctional systems, securing borders and critical infrastructure, and fostering functional cooperation among Member States, positioning security as a foundational enabler of sustainable economic and social development.

Strategic Outcome

A safer, more just, and resilient Caribbean Community where violent crime is significantly reduced, regional security institutions are strengthened and interoperable, and citizens and investors operate in an environment of confidence and stability, enabling deeper CARICOM integration and enhancing the region's influence in global security governance.
