BRIDGETOWN, Barbados -If you spot obese people at almost every street corner in Barbados, it’s not an optical illusion. That’s because Barbados is near the top of the list of the world’s fattest nations, edging out the United States, Kuwait, Mexico and Egypt but Barbadians are not nearly as obese as the people of American Samoa and Nauru.
