KINGSTON, Jamaica - Last weekend's meeting of Caribbean political and business leaders in the British Virgin Islands was not the type that would normally attract much attention. However, the issues discussed were most important to the survival of this region. Hosted by Sir Richard Branson, the British billionaire business magnate, on his private Necker Island, the two-day meeting, labelled 'Caribbean Challenge', focused on protecting our coasts and marine life.
