(CARICOM Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana) The CARICOM Secretariat-based Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) Implementation Unit on 2 April published the first Issue for 2012 of its flagship newsletter, EPA Implementation Bulletin. It is a Special Issue that brings together the perspectives of a cross-section of organizations that have a stake in the development of Coalitions of Service Industries in the Region, with a view to pointing to their critical coordinating role in positioning their stakeholders to harness agreements like the EPA.

The Bulletin forms part of the Unit’s Public Education Programme. The electronically available publication is an effort to provide authoritative news, rigorous and original analysis and expert views on the CARIFORUM-EU EPA and its implementation.
