BRIDGETOWN, Barbados - The Caribbean region is likely to experience major storms and hurricanes this year during what is expected to be a busy hurricane season. This is according to the recently appointed Executive Director of the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), Ronald Jackson. He was speaking during a press conference at CDEMA’s headquarters at the Manor Lodge Complex yesterday.
