ST JOHN’S, Antigua- Close to 100 artists, musicians, entertainers and performers are down to perform at the Caribbean Festival of Arts, CARIFESTA.
But Culture Minister Elston Adams says it has not been finalized how much the country’s participation will cost.
He told Observer Media that the CARIFESTA planning committee is meeting today to advance plans for the August 16 to 26 event.
