Vanessa Burke

is a Caribbean youth advocate from the Cayman Islands dedicated to advancing equity, representation, and opportunity for young people across the region. Over the past decade, she has worked from grassroots mentorship to regional policy spaces, championing the voices of Associated Members, marginalised communities, and underrepresented youth. 

Having held the Deanship of the CARICOM Youth Ambassadors and other distinguished roles, she has supported regional engagement, youth participation, and high-level advocacy. Her work focuses on the CARICOM key focus areas such as Environmental Sustainability and Culture, Identity and Entertainment. 

With a background in strategic communications, she leverages storytelling, diplomacy, and partnerships to amplify Caribbean perspectives and drive meaningful regional impact.
