Former CARICOM Secretary-General, Ambassador Irwin LaRocque, received the Order of the Caribbean Community (OCC) on Sunday 3 July 2022, at the opening ceremony of the Forty-Third Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM.
The Conference is being held in Paramaribo, Suriname.
When Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Heads of Government meet in Suriname from 3-5 July, the implementation of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME), food security and governance will be among the key matters for consideration.
On Sunday 3 July, four CARICOM nationals will be conferred with the Order of the Caribbean Community (OCC), at the opening ceremony of the Forty-Third Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of CARICOM, in Paramaribo, Suriname.
