Climate change has economic benefits — Pickersgill

KINGSTON, Jamaica - ENVIRONMENT and climate change minister Robert Pickersgill yesterday challenged engineers to take advantage of the economic opportunities presented by climate change even as they seek to manage the risks associated with the phenomenon.
