Siobhan Phipps-Harding is an Attorney-at-Law in St. Kitts and Nevis, focusing her legal career and passion on advancing the welfare of children and youth. 

Her commitment to Caribbean regionalism was solidified while pursuing her studies at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Cave Hill Campus. Through consistent engagement with colleagues from across the region, she experienced the strength of regional solidarity. 

As a CARICOM Youth Ambassador, Siobhan is focused on using this platform to educate her contemporaries and raise awareness among younger cohorts about the essential functions and benefits of CARICOM. Ultimately, she seeks to foster the next generation of regional thinkers and actively work toward breaking down existing divisions, cultivating deeper connections among Caribbean citizens.
