Odane Brooks is Jamaica’s CARICOM Youth Ambassador. He works in public policy and development and is pursuing a PhD focused on sustainable finance.

His youth advocacy priorities include youth participation in decision-making, climate resilience, and evidence-based policy. His public service experience spans monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, and development programming.

In 2024, Odane received Jamaica’s Prime Minister’s Youth Award for National Leadership. He serves on the board of a local charitable organization. He is also the immediate past president of the St. Andrew Central Leo Club.
