Micheal Conroy Fritz II is a Belizean youth development leader and advocate with over a decade of experience in governance, policy, strategic planning, program design, and monitoring and evaluation. He has been instrumental in designing and leading evidence-based interventions that empower at-risk and institutionalized youth, provide educational support and mentorship, and foster civic participation.

Through his work, Micheal strengthens systems that give young people meaningful opportunities to develop leadership, critical thinking, and life skills while contributing to the resilience and growth of their communities. Recognized for his lasting local and national impact on youth-centered development and inclusive governance in Belize, he was awarded Belize’s Youth Minister’s Award for Leadership and Advocacy (2021).
