Jayesh Sadhwani serves as the CARICOM Youth Ambassador for Montserrat, dedicated to fostering sustainable development through youth empowerment and entrepreneurship. Jayesh holds the distinction of being the Youngest Director appointed to the Board of the Montserrat Tourism Authority. 
As the founder of The Chess Empire, he leads a multi-industry venture dedicated to creating economic pathways for the island’s youth. His leadership background is further bolstered by his tenure as Vice President of the School Council and the Interact Club. 
Currently, Jayesh serves as the Marketing Communications Coordinator for the Montserrat Arts Council and a Director at Ashok’s Supermarket. Jayesh seamlessly blends his business acumen with a passion for Montserrat’s cultural heritage as a Calypso and Soca songwriter.
