Dominik Richardson

Dominik Richardson is a youth leader and community advocate from North Hill, Anguilla, recognised for his commitment to youth development, community service, and technology support. With a background in IT, he is well known for assisting residents, particularly the elderly, with computer-related challenges while also using his skills and platform to encourage positive digital engagement among young people.

Dominik’s leadership journey began in his church community, where he took on active roles in youth activities and mentoring. He later joined the National Youth Ambassadors Corps and went on to serve as Anguilla’s CARICOM Youth Ambassador, representing the island in regional forums and advocating for the voices and concerns of young people.

Outside of advocacy, Dominik is also involved in Anguilla’s boat racing tradition as a crew member of The Satellite, where he developed a deep appreciation for teamwork, patience, and shared responsibility. Passionate about strengthening community values, he believes in the power of mentorship, accountability, and inclusive leadership to help build a stronger future for Anguilla’s youth.
