Ashley Gooden is the CARICOM Youth Ambassador for the Cayman Islands and a dedicated primary school educator with a strong commitment to youth development and leadership. She has represented her country at the national level and has held several leadership roles in both the Cayman Islands and the United Kingdom.

Ashley is a passionate advocate for youth representation, empowerment, and inclusive development, with a particular focus on education as a catalyst for change. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and recently earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, which she actively champions in her professional practice. Through her work, Ashley is committed to advancing equitable opportunities and strengthening outcomes for young people across the Cayman Islands and the wider Caribbean.
